RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.
REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return, please contact us at info@orising.ae with the following details:
Order number
Product(s) you wish to return
Reason for the return
Photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange pickup if applicable.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Used or opened products
- Items returned after 7 days
- Items not in original condition or packaging
If you received a wrong, damaged, or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
